If you wish to return goods to Discounted Sunglasses we must be notified by e-mail at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged. Clients purchasing sunglasses as a gift can extend the 48 hour notification period by emailing and requesting an extension code.
Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.
We would greatly appreciate it if customers could accompany their returns with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange. Do not damage the goods or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, remember you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Discounted Sunglasses reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair.
A £1.50 admin fee applies when correctly supplied items are returned and postage costs are not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
