Please refer to payment and delivery T&C on the purchase page. We cannot be hel rsponsible for items that may be lost or damaged once posted. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate and a cash receipt which we can produce should you need to make a claim. We offer optional postal insurance at the point of sale should you wish to take this at the time of purchase.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item still has its original tags att'd and the item has not been worn!  We will then exchange the item(s) for ANY other goods listed in our store up to the stock value of the goods returned.  This does not include P&P charges on your original order.

 

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

 

We DO NOT accept personal products on our return system such as:

Creams            Lubes

Lotions             Gels

Oils                  Rubs

Powders           Licks

These items are non-returnable once the seal has been broken.

 

 

Please advise us of any exchanges prior to returning your goods. We can then order in your replacement items and will forward them by return post. 

Buyer to pay return postage of items for which you MUST obtain proof of posting.
