Postage & Payment
Please refer to payment and delivery T&C on the purchase page. We cannot be hel rsponsible for items that may be lost or damaged once posted. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate and a cash receipt which we can produce should you need to make a claim. We offer optional postal insurance at the point of sale should you wish to take this at the time of purchase.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer an exchange service. Exchanges must be returned to us, unworn, within 7 days and still have the original tags att'd.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We combine shipping on all items - first item is always £2.50 and each item after that is charged at only £1.50, regardless of weight or size. All orders over £35.00 are posted via Recorded delivery for the same price as standard 1st class and all orders over £50 receive a FREE gift in with delivery.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We generally deliver goods within a couple of days, as our feedback shows. Some goods are not held in stock and have to be ordered from Ann Summers and can therefore take up to 7-10 days to reach you - as outlined in our listings.
Q: My item has not arrived, what should I do?
A: Have your received a dispatch notification? If you have, your goods have been despatched. Please allow 3 working days. After this time, please contact us but be aware that Royal Mail will not investigate a missing item until 10 working days after postal date. If you have not received a dispatch notification from us - it is still to be posted!
Q: I am looking for an item that is not listed
A: We stock the whole Ann Summers range of goods in every size available. Ebay do not allow listing of prohibited items and therefore we have to list them on an alternative site. If you cannot find an item you are looking for, please see our website at www.discountedannsummers.co.uk
