We always obtain a proof of posting certificate and a cash receipt which we can produce should you need to make a claim. We offer optional postal insurance at the point of sale should you wish to take this at the time of purchase.

Delivery of Goods

All goods are despatched as soon as possible after payment has cleared. 

Our feedback shows that 99% of our goods reach our customers within a couple of days.

Postage and Despatch

ALL goods are forwarded via 1st Class Royal Mail delivery service and proof of posting obtained on each individual occasion.  Any goods not received outside the allowable 10 working days - please contact me so I can make a claim against the Post Office for Losses which will include investigation by Royal Mail and disclosure of your address.

All orders will be despatched to you in plain, discreet packaging and wrapping - there will be outside marketing or company logo visible and no reference to the goods inside made on the outer wrapping of your parcel
