RETURN POLICY

Any returns are subject to our terms and conditions, any charges to return the item/items are down to the customer to cover the cost of the carriage to return the item to ourselves.

We can offer a collection service from our courier at a cost of this service are £16.50

All returns that are incorrectly ordered by the customer, that want to be returned will be subject to return the item at their cost and restocking fees.

This restocking fee is made up of the original cost to dispatch the item and the fees charged to us by eBay and PayPal.

If not the fault of the customer, we need to be notified within 7 days and we will arrange collection with our courier and pay the carriage to return the goods to ourselves, and a full refund or replacement item will be dispatched.

Items must be returned to us in a good working order, and complete. This item must be suitable for resale in original packaging supplied.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. We will refund the original delivery charges. However, we are permitted to require you the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item.

Any items that are sold internationally outside of the UK, are subject to the above with regards the costs incurred to return the item are down to the customer.
