| Delivery
When you order please ensure you enter the correct address for delivery including a telephone number as we require this to give to our carrier if your item is too big / heavy and or valuable to be sent using Royal Mail. We aim to desptach all orders within 3 working days from date of order sooner if possible subject to workload.
Our Free postage is for Mainland UK only not highlands and Islands. If you live outside the yellow area on the map below and your item has to be sent using our carrier due to its size / weight and or value then a surcharge will be payable before the item can be despatched. If this happens then we will contact you with the details. If your item can be sent using Royal Mail first class post then a surcharge will not apply. If you live outside the yellow areas of the map please telephone us on 01553 777904 or message us with details of the items you are looking to purchase and we will clarify if a surcharge would apply to your order.
