Purchases

Goods must be purchased within 7 days after processing the transaction. Any item not paid within 7 days will be sent to the resolution centre and an unpaid strike will go against your account unless the transaction is cancelled amicably. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

All items are inclusive of VAT currently 20%. All items are sold as NEW and hold a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise described in the item.

Postage

All items are posted within 3 working days.
Most are sent Royal mail First Class recorded delivery.

International items over a certain value are sent with International signed post which costs an extra £4.95 on top of postage. Items up to 2KG can be sent to Europe reasonably cheaply. Items over this will be very expensive and usually we don't offer this service. If you are still interested please contact us for a price.

Returns

All items have a 14 day cooling off period for the customer to return if not totally satisfied with the product. We will issue a full refund less the postage if the item is returned to us in the same condition it was sent with original packaging. Customers will have to bear the cost of return postage. Any item not returned in this condition will not be refunded.

If an item is received by the customer in less than perfect condition then contact us within the 14 days and we will do every thing we can to rectify the situation. In these conditions a returned item will be refunded cost plus postage.

Exchanged items will require the customer to pay the new postage cost.
