We provide warranty coverage of generally 2 Years from the date of purchase on all of our brand name watches unless otherwise stated in ebay listing if the watch is not covered under normal Manufactures warranty.  Some watches we sell may come with manufactures warranty and will usually state this in the ebay listing.  Watches sold with manufactures warranty will be covered by terms stated in manufactures warranty that is included with the item at time of shipment.  Our warranty covers the watch movement stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than UpscaleTime.com or a service  someone we direct.  will void this warranty.
