About Discount Shop UK
We are an Internet and Mail Order business. Primarily we supply cables, consumer electronic goods and printer ink. Our product range will grow as we source product from around the globe and be able to offer them at very competitive prices.
Like any business we have terms and conditions of sale which enable all our customers to understand our trading ethics.
Definitions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
"We", "Us", "Seller", "Our" will mean Discount Shop UK
"You", "Your", "Buyer" will mean any person who places an order for goods or services with Discount Shop UK
Pricing
The purchase price is displayed within each listing for Buy It Now and the Starting or current Bid Price is displayed for auction listings. The price you pay will be determined on how you buy. That is, the Buy It Now price for immediate purchases or your highest bid price should you win an auction. In either case the prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable but unless stated exclude postage and packing charges.
The total cost of your order is calculated as follows::

Postage And Packing Charges
All postage and packing charges are clearly stated in each listing. If you are buying more than one item from a listing then the cost of the postage and packing will be the initial Postage and Packing charge + the each "additional cost" detailed in the postage section.
The "each additional costs" only refer to that specific listing and not for items purchased from other listings.
If you do not agree with either the item cost or postage and packing costs, please do not bid.
Payment
Payment is by Paypal or Postal Order and some listings will require immediate payment.
Delivery
We will only deliver to the buyers address registered with Paypal, we will not deliver to any alternate address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their details are correct.
Delivery times should be treated as an estimate only and the seller shall not be responsible for any missed delivery schedule the buyer may have. All delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays and may also vary during peak periods.
Buyer Obligations
It is the buyers sole responsibility to determine if the product they are buying is suitable for the purpose of which its use is intended and no liability can be passed to Discount Shop UK for any loss or damage no matter how ever caused.
Consumer Rights
You can return any product (excluding software or pre recorded material) within 14 days of purchase unopened and unused for a refund of the purchase price. Postage and packing costs are not refunded. The cost and risk of returning the product is the buyers responsibility,
Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed against defective work manship and are guaranteed for 12 months. Any defective product can be returned back to us for replacement or a refund of the purchase price. The cost and risk of returning the product is the buyers responsibility,
