How can any business plan on the basis of zero information? I placed my trust in you to deliver as promised. My purchase arrived earlier than expected which was great but when I opened it the packaging wasn't great and it wasn't the tin I ordered as it came in a plain tin with a sticker on the front so is it actually what I ordered? To make matters worse no instructions and I've never used this product before and the tin had a slight dent in it but I was ok with that. Did send a message to the seller and no response

Item never appeared and courier text me to say that it had been sent back to depot?
doubt it had ever been sent because after numerous emails and telephone calls no response.
Would not recommend this seller, Gave 5 stars as a description but don't buy from this seller.
The only good thing that came out of this was the service from EBAY
I emailed Ebay who said they would look into it and come back to me and within 2 days the refund was back in my account great service from Ebay.
