Express Orders Are Exempt From Postage Refunds As This Is An Extra Service Offered To Our Customers
We accept items that are requested to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided that they are still in original brand new condition (sealed, where applicable) complete with their packaging, labels tags if applicable.
If you want to return an item for change of mind you must take care of and retain all packaging and return it to us, failure to do so will class that you have accepted the goods.
You will then have 30 days in which to return the item.
We Expect the customer to take good care of items whilst in their possession
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if the item is not returned in an adequate condition.
You should ensure your item is securely packed for return postage so damage does not occur in transit.
A refund or replacement will be issued upon the item being returned.
Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods & the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or it has previously been agreed.
Return Postage costs are refunded at basic rate & should you choose to send the item back recorded delivery this is personal preference& not a cost we will cover
Claims for damaged items are fully investigated & Batch Codes checked. All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated.
If in the unlikely unfortunate event your item arrives and you find it is damaged, please make sure you retain any packaging
Replacement items will be sent out upon return of the damaged or incorrect item.
We may occasionally ask for photographic evidence.
All items of Underwear or goods "by nature" are void sealed and can not be returned for health and hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.
This does however not effect your statutory rights
Express Postage Is An additional Service Offered To The Customer & postage costs Will not be refunded should you simply change your mind & return the item
We Do Not Accept Returns On Sofa Covers That Are Not In "As Sent Condition Sealed In Packaging" This Is For Health & Hygiene Along With Allergy Risk Due To The Items Purpose In Life.
This does not affect your statutory rights
