We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us please use the ebay managed returns process so we are aware of your return. You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to request the return

  • Express orders are exempt from postage refunds as this is an additional service we offer to customers
  • We accept items that are requested to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt(30 days holiday returns. Provided that they are still in original as sent condition, unused & sealed, where applicable, complete with their packaging, labels & tags if applicable.
  • If you want to return an item for change of mind under the sale of goods act you must take care of the item, failure to do so will class that you have accepted the goods and invalidate your right to return.
  • You will then have 30 days in which to return the item.
  • We Expect the customer to take good care of items whilst in their possession & expect customers to fully read our policies in full prior to purchasing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if it is not returned in an adequate condition.
  • The above does not apply for the supply of goods which by means of their nature cannot be returned (e.g. underwear & other personal items & certain fabrics including bedding & sofa covers
  • Sofa covers that have had their seal broken & removed from their boxes are none returnable by goods of nature.
  • You should ensure your item is securely packed for return postage so damage does not occur in transit.
  • A refund or replacement will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods & the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or it has previously been agreed by ourselves.
  • Any return Postage costs that are to be refunded will be at the basic rate of either 2nd class or My Hermes & should you choose to send the item back recorded delivery this is your personal preference & not a cost we will return.
  • Should you need any assistance in choosing a suitable service to use for returning your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to advise.
  • Claims for damaged items are fully investigated & Batch Codes checked.
  • All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated, please ensure you read the items description and condition in full and also ensure the item is suitable for the use you intend.
  • If in the unlikely unfortunate event your item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please make sure you retain any packaging.
  • Replacement items will be sent out upon return of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We may occasionally ask for photographic evidence in order to help us assist you better.
  • All items of Underwear or goods "by nature" are void sealed and can not be returned for health and hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

  • This does however not effect your statutory rights

  • We DO NOT accept returns on sofa covers that are not in "As Sent Condition Sealed In Packaging" This is for health & hygiene along with allergy risks due to the items intended purpose.
  • Returns are not accepted on sofa covers that are bought to "Try" each cover we sell is advertised to fit the intended piece of furniture we state in its advert and is not in any way intended for another model.
  • The above does not affect your statutory rights
