Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

Our goal is to get you your goods as fast as we can. As an online ecommerce business we do our upmost to make sure we operate as efficiently as possible. We do rely on 3rd party couriers to deliver our parcels and it is with their help we are able to get you your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes things / events happen beyond our control, so please bear with us and we will do all we can to help. We also recommend that you DO NOT get rid of old and unwanted furniture until your order has arrived and you are completely happy with the items ordered from us.

Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we are unable to give a specific delivery time (at the moment). Please call us and we will do all we can to advise on a recommended time.

You will receive email confirmation when your order has been received and another once the item has been shipped.

We currently ship to the UK Mainland including Scotland and Wales. We do not currently ship furniture to Europe or the rest of the world.

We are unable to ship items to the following postcode ranges: any BT (Northern Ireland), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), IW (IOW, But still deliverable), ZE (Shetlands), KW, HS, IV3-5, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH31-44.

We can ship to the following postcode ranges but on an extended delivery scale of 3-5 days: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1, PH9, PH15-30.

Deliveries are made by either a one or two man delivery service. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address.
If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.

Please be aware that if you purchase a product on an express delivery service and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself. If you agree a booked delivery time and this then fails due to your not being present on arrival, a fee of £10 will be applied for redelivery. We advise customers to be vigilant when receiving and signing for goods (especially furniture).

Please inspect the packaging for damage immediately upon receipt. If there is any doubt please sign for the goods as "damaged". If this is not carried out and damage is reported after the delivery agent has left, we are not able to replace the item.

If there are any problems with your order, email us directly and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding the need for dispute.

On Delivery:

Delivery discrepancies: Any discrepancies (dents, damage, missing parts) must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Missing items on delivery: Please check all goods that are delivered to you and only sign for the items you have received. We cannot be held liable for missing goods that have been signed for.

Damages: All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged. We will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.

Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.

Returns:

Consumer Electronics & Accessories:

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Returns are accepted if notified within 14days of receipt. Please contact us directly for a returns form before sending your item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns not sent to our returns address in their original packaging.

All other items:

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Goods will be collected at a charge of £40.00 per item. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 14 days of receipt.
