| A:We state shipping rates in each auction. If we ship to your country, it will be listed along with the shipping rate. If your country is not listed, then we do not ship to your country. |

| A:Yes, we gladly combine S&H rates for purchases made within 5 days of eachother and paid for with ONE payment. If S&H is already free, there will be no additional savings. You pay the highest stated S&H rate and each additional item is 75% off the stated S&H rate. YOU MUST MAKE ONE PAYMENT FOR ALL ITEMS TO RECEIVE ANY DISCOUNT. |
| Q:How long will it take to receive my order? |

| A:We generally ship within 24 hours of received payment. Most USA orders are delivered within 5 to 10 days. Most international orders are delivered within 10 to 20 days. We email a "Package Shipped to You" email to each customer when your order is shipped. Feel free to contact us with any questions about shipping status. |
| Q:What do I do if I receive a defective item? |

| A:If you want to exchange a defective item for a replacement of the exact same item, we will cover all the cost involved with you shipping it back&us shipping a replacement. If you've changed your mind and no longer want the item, you must pay to ship it back to us. Do not destroy products to get us to pay return shipping - we only pay to replace. |

| A:Yes, we do offer Express Shipping (with the US Post Office) for USA orders. That service is 1 or 2 days (depending on location) guaranteed delivery and costs $22 for 1 pound or less. Email us for a quote if you need several items for a total weight/cost. Priority Mail is usually 2 to 4 days in the US, but that service is not guaranteed. |
