For warranty claims, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged component. You will not be charged for this. Please do not return goods to us before first contacting customer services and obtaining a return number.
Under the terms of our warranty, It is the customers responsibility to either return or to make the faulty item available for collection. We can arrange collection and subsequent redelivery. Please call the office for collection and delivery prices.
Please note, no bike in indestructible and it is up to the owner to ensure that his or her bicycle is fully serviced at least every 500 miles of normal road use.
Warranty claims for wear and tear, abuse, readjustment, tightening or realignment can not be considered. Discount bicycles will only accept warranty claims for materially defective goods.
The length of warranty is dependant on the model of bicycle purchased. The exact warranty details are included in the users handbook which was supplied with your bike.
