| We offer a number of delivery options. Please read our guide below to discover which service will be best for your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, unless you have selected 24/48h courier delivery. Payment on orders for the 24/48h delivery service, received before 11am will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Customers who absolutely definitely need an item in a hurry or before a specific date are advised to use our 24/48h delivery services. Please note, customers in Northern Ireland, Highlands, or remote areas and parts of EU may expect some delays with delivery due to collection schedule.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us advising you of the dispatch date. Deliveries are usually made between 8.30 am and 5.30pm on weekdays.
Small and lightweight items are sent via Royal Mail and all other items are sent via a signed for courier service (currently Initial City-Link or PDP). Please note, if your order is large or has been sent via a courier service you must be available to receive your goods. The carriers may attempt delivery to a neighbours address, and then leave a card in your letterbox. In our experience, this is by far the best solution as it avoids unnecessary and costly redelivery scheduling.
If possible, please request your order to be delivered to your work address or to an address where someone is always available to receive the delivery.
