| COMBINED POSTAGE - Following Royal Mail price changes, the cheapest packet post is now £2.20 for a 2nd class parcel up to 750g (UK). This means you can purchase additional items up to 750g in total, from my shop for just £2.20 total postage. All listings include the item weight so just buy as usual and then request a combined invoice before paying (it cannot be automated sorry)
Urgent Items
I pack parcels daily but sometimes due to volume of work or adverse weather conditions, your parcel may not be dispatched on the day of payment. If your purchase is required urgently please choose the first class post option on the invoice, and email/message me to ask for same day dispatch.
Returns Policy
Seller's return policy:
Item must be returned within: 14 Days of receipt BUT YOU SHOULD NOTIFY ME OF INTENTION TO RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
FAULTY/ DAMAGED / LOST ITEMS
Please contact the seller with full details as soon as possible. lost/damaged in transit items are covered by postage charges (UK). The cost of return postage will be refunded to buyer.
- Damaged goods and packaging must be returned to buyer as soon as possible and proof of posting should be obtained at time of posting.
- Claims for faulty items will be checked fully by buyer upon return and then refunded/exchanged if appropriate.
- Royal Mail consider an item lost after 15 working days. You should contact your local sorting office to check it is not awaiting collection in the first instance - this will be recorded by them. Seller will then send the buyer a Disclaimer Form to complete and return (via ebay registered email address) and seller will foward this with the claim to Royal Mail who will ask the buyer for confirmation of non-receipt and investigate the loss to check for any instances of fraud. Your item will be replaced or refunded as appropriate.
RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON
you are entitled to return any item for exchange or refund - ebay has a cancellation process for this so please contact the seller within 7 days.
- full item price will only be refunded/exchanged if goods are: unopened/still sealed/boxed and in original sold condition ie unmarked/unused/undamaged.
- Goods will be fully inspected prior to any refund.
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSEALED ITEMS FOR RETURN IF THEY WERE SOLD AS SEALED.
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNSEALED COSMETICS & BEAUTY PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
