Postage
Delivery Questions
Most items shipped via standard delivery are delivered within 3-8 working days in the UK and 3-10 working days for international destinations. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Royal Mail who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us.

Returns Policy
In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged or
faulty, a replacement or full refund will be offered if you contact us within 30 days of receipt. For our UK customers we provide a free post address to return the item(s). For customers outside the UK the cost of the postage will be refunded. Should you wish to return any non-faulty item(s) you may do so within 7 days of receipt provided it is returned in its original condition (i.e., factory sealed), a refund for the cost of the item will be issued on receipt of the item(s). Returns outside of this (e.g. Not in its original condition) will be at our discretion and will incur a 10% deduction. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us in this situation will not be refunded. Please ensure you contact our friendly team via email before posting, in order to receive information on how to return the item.

• All DVDs are coded for Region 2 (UK, Europe
and Japan) and in the PAL format.In order to view these DVDs
outside of these territories you will need a multi region DVD
player.
• All Blu-Ray discs are coded for Region B (Europe) and may
contain bonus content in the PAL format.
• All HD-DVDs are region free.
• Most UMDs are region free - please check the item
