Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier Service depending on the value and weight of your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
Worldwide shipping is available for a charge of £3.69 per item.
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us by post within 14 days of the date the products are delivered to you.
Customised items are non refundable unless defected or not as requested.
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products.
You mustn't try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
Shoes mustn't be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
Hygiene strips must not be removed from any items.
Tags should not be removed from any item.
The original packaging should be retained and returned.
For health and hygiene reasons all briefs and pierced jewellery are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
