 | A: All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you felt an item was faulty you would need to return it to us and then we return it to the manufacturer to be assessed. Any returns are at the buyers expense unless an item is confirmed to be faulty and then any P&P would be refunded. |

 | A: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt by the buyer. Any returned item must be in its original packaging and completely unused. All returns are at the buyers expense unless an item is deemed to be faulty and then any return P&P costs are reimbursed.  | Q: Are bindings mounted? |

 | A: No, we will only send skis with the bindings mounted if you send us one of your boots. We are unable to safely mount bindings without a boot. All bindings do come with full instructions on how to mount them. |
 | Q: How quickly can you get an item to me? |

 | A: As long as the item was listed (and you have bought and paid for it!)it would normally be dispatched within 24 hrs. |
