- All auction items are guaranteed brand new.
- We accept return within 20 days after end of bid date.
After this 20-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.
- Refunds are for the bid amount only. Shipping and handling fee is
not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).
- Buyer will pay the return shipping fee.
- Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.
Return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- We attempt to please each customer and look forward to receiving the
same from our customers. After the transaction is complete and you post
appropriate feedback for us, within a couple days we will post a
feedback in return.
- Negative feedback could not solve any problem. Before resorting to
negative or neutral feedback, please email our customer service this
issue. Otherwise, we assume negative feedback as a conclusion of our
transaction and release all obligations.
