| Q:How do I return an item? |

| A:The buyer must first contact us via eBay messages and request to return an item within 7 days of receipt.
We will then give you a return address and send a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
All items with warranties should be returned to us using the method above. Warranties start from purchase date. |

| A:We only accept Paypal.
We do NOT accept cheques, postal orders, cash, bank transfer or western union. |

| A:We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days but most items are usually dispatched same or next working day. (See our feedback & DSR dispatch time rating) |

| A:We only ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland. |

| A:Discounts are given on most items, details will be given in each listing.
We attempt to give discounts wherever possible.
We only charge what it actually costs to send the item (carriage, box, packing materials etc.) and do not try to make a profit from P&P. |
| Q:Will the scales need calibrating? Do I need to buy a weight? |

| A:No! All our scales are calibrated in the factory and ready for use. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:The majority of items take 1-3 days to arrive. However most items arrive next working day. You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched so you know when to expect it. |
