RETURN POLICY
All of our products are 100% brand new. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 calendar days for a replacement. All returns must be authorized with an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or more depending on the condition of the returned product.
No refunds will be issued exchange only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Refusing delivery not acceptable & will be treated as an unauthorized return and you will be charged double the shipping cost + 5% restocking fees.
AUCTION POLICY
We will contact the winning bidders via e-mail after the auction has ended.
Payment must be received within 4 business days after order is confirmed.
A tracking number will be provided after we ship your order.
