Payment:

Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery. All of our prices include 17.5% VAT as we are a VAT registered company. If you require a VAT receipt please request via email. If you would like to call our retail shop to complete payment feel free to call Mon-Sat 10:00-5:30 tel: 0117 373 1422.

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

We use PayPal as it is the fast and secure way to purchase on line. You can also use your credit card by calling our retail shop and completing payment.. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

Shipping and postage:

All items ordered before 12:00PM are sent same day through ANC, Parcel Force, or Safe Way currier for next day delivery. This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels.

We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay next day delivery. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible due to PayPal confirmed address rules.

International orders will need to be arranged via email before purchase so that accurate postage costs can be quoted. This includes Northern Ireland, Northern Scottland, and any British Isles. We will work with you to find the most affordable postage, and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. All international orders need to have postal insurance. No returns for International orders, you will be provided with contact information for the manufacture. All international returns for faulty items will need to be managed through the manufacture and the warranty policy.

Returns

If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer. Buyer will not be refunded original postage cost and 10% restocking fee for ebay fees on original purchase.

If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for the outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
