| Returns Policy
Returns are accepted if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.
Full refunds will be given under the following terms:
The buyer changed their mind and wants to return the item;
The item(s) was(were) not significantly as described (ie. I sent the wrong item(s) or the wrong quantity), in addition:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt (UK buyers) or 21 days (non-UK buyers).
Item(s) must be in original condition upon receipt - it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging is appropriate for passing through the postal system safely. Damaged goods will not be refunded.
If the above terms are met, refunds will be issued via Paypal or cheque as appropriate.
I will also accept partial returns when the buyer has made multiple purchases and, for example, only one item was wrong or not wanted.
