Shipping

Orders will be shipped once payment is cleared, prior to payment clearance no item can be shipped for obvious reasons. If you need the item urgently then may we advice Paypal.

Shipments will ONLY be made to confirmed shipping addresses.

For UK deliveries Buyer will pay £6.75 for insured next day delivery using Royal Mail and for International deliveries Buyer will pay £11.50.

Courier Delivery is available upon request.

Average Timeframe for Delivery is 1 working day for UK deliveries. Please allow upto a week for international deliveries unless Courier option is chosen
Returns
Diamonds Outlet is dedicated to delighting you with your jewellery purchase and our services. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange with in 7 days of delivery. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us. We charge 20% restocking fees. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Returns and exchanges can be made within these guidelines : Once your items are received, they will then be reviewed by our Quality Control department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Health & Safety
Health and Safety Regulations state strictly that all pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless proven faulty, damaged or lost whilst in delivery. Unfortunately therefore, due to health and safety reasons, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PIERCED EARRINGS unless they have been damaged in transit. We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage upon delivery before signing for receipt. If damage is not verified upon receipt, unfortunately we are unable to accept the item as damaged during transit
