RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your order. If not, no problem, we have a full 14 day returns policy.

We hand pick and clean our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of Vintage Clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods which we always try to identify in the description.

We also provide detailed accurate measurements of the garment and would encourage you to compare these against your own garments to ensure a good fit.

However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund.

Please note that all our items are now fitted with a tamper-proof plastic security seal, please don't remove this unless you are keeping the item as we can't accept returns once it has been removed.

If you would like to return an item, please post the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please do not return any items to us without enclosing the packing slip (attached to the package) as we may not be able to process your refund.

Please note: we cannot accept returns unless:

1. The tamper-proof security seal is still attached.
2. The goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you.
3. The original Devoted 2 Vintage tag is still attached.

Any item(s) returned that smell of smoke will be subject to a £10 dry cleaning charge.

Devoted 2 Vintage cannot accept responsibility if returned items are lost or damaged in the post so the customer must ensure that the items are properly packaged and insured.
