PAYMENT

Please make payment within 3 days of the auction ending.  I accept Paypal and postal orders (pounds sterling only) from UK buyers and Paypal only from overseas buyers.

Any item which has not been paid within 7 days and no contact made will result in an unpaid item dispute.  Please remember that by bidding, making an offer or by clicking buy-it-now you are making a contract to buy the item.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Please note that i have a 5 working day dispatch time but whenever possible items will be posted earlier.  I usually post towards the end of the week so if you are buying on Sunday or Monday please be patient (and fair when leaving feedback).  Most items will be posted first class (1-2 days) through Royal Mail but items weighing over 2kg will be posted by the standard parcels service (3-5 days).  International items will be posted by Airmail small packets (5-7 days).

I am committed to recycling and reusing and therefore will always use recycled packaging such as newspaper, boxes, bubble wrap and tissue paper.  I pack all items with great care and have a very good track record of items arriving safely.

I will always combine postage on multiple purchases (please wait for me to send you an amended invoice) unless the items are heavy in which case it is usually cheaper to post them seperately.

I do not generally offer postal insurance as Royal Mail will not cover glass or jewellery items (the majority of what i sell) and i will accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit (i always obtain proof of postage). However, if you have any specific postage requirements then please email me.

RETURNS

Please note that i sell vintage items which are at least 20 years old and often much more.  As such, you should expect items to show small signs of use and wear.  Any damage will be mentioned where it equates to more than this.

I make every effort to describe my items honestly, clearly and correctly but i am not an expert.  Therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain that you are satisfied that the item is as described (questions are welcome).  In the rare event that you are not happy with the item i will accept returns but you will be responsible for all postage costs.  A refund will be provided upon safe receipt of the item in the condition in which it was posted.
