Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached within 7 days. All returns must be raised through your original Ebay order and please follow our easy step by step instructions.
- Under 'My Ebay' click on 'won/purchased' and go to the item you wish to return.
- On the right hand side there is a drop down menu - click on 'more actions' and then click on 'return this item'.
- Follow the process through - giving a reason for return and any additional information you wish to include and click on 'continue' then on 'request return'.
- We will then accept the return and you will receive full details of where to send the item back to.
As soon as the above has been done and we have received your item back in our warehouse we will issue your refund. As soon as this is done Ebay will send you an automatic message informing that your refund is now complete.
Please note:
The Buyer is responsible for the return postage. Please keep proof of P&P until we acknowledge receipt of the goods. We recommend you use a tracked service with insurance for returning goods.
The item is the responsibility of the buyer until we have received the goods and we will not accept goods that have been damaged whilst in the ownership of the buyer.
Unless your goods have been described incorrectly, or we have sent the wrong product(s) in error, we will not refund your postage charges for the return.
We will process the refund via eBay within 4 working days of receipt of the returned item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
