Insurance
Designer4less insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Designer4less and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
Please advise us via Ebay if you are a Vat Registered Buyer as we will need to issue you with a Global Accounting Scheme Invoice.
If you do not contact us we will assume you are a private buyer.
Payment
We ask that you buy your item via Ebay although we offer several methods of payment. We ask that payment is made as soon as possible after purchase (within 3 working days maximum).
For items under £500.00 we reserve the right to only accept paypal.
For items over £500.00 please contact us prior to bidding. Electronic bank transfer is preferred.
Paypal – we will only post to verified paypal addresses.
Electronic Bank Transfer – please contact info@designer4less.co.uk . Upon cleared funds we will ship to any address.
Credit/debit Card – please call 00 44 1423 872 868. We do accept UK registered credit/debit cards but we will only ship to the UK address where the card is registered.
Cash – upon collection from our warehouse please contact 00 44 1423 872 868.

Please print off your original Ebay order and enclose a cheque payable to Merino Fashions Ltd including any applicable postage. Upon cleared funds we will ship items.
Our mutual safety and security is paramount to us. As a result of fraudulent practices on Ebay we reserve the right to cancel any transaction and return any funds received if fraud is suspected. We always report such matters to Ebay security.
Property in the goods will not pass until payment has been made in full. Fraudulent payments are specifically excluded.
