RETURNS:
WE OPERATE 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE UK AND EU
For most "Buy Now" items, you have the right to cancel
within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply
to certain items, depending on their nature, such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or
video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
If you wish to
return goods using this right, you need to inform us in writting or by email within 14 days of receiving
the goods. We will then give you detailed instructions including our returns form.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return
them at your own expense .
We will not
consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used
in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the

Faulty Goods / Goods not as described. If any product we supply fails
prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you
with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund. Simply contact us
to resolve.
If you feel you have received a different product than you ordered, please
contact us asap by email or through the sales channel so we can rectify.
In rare occassions we reserve the right to substitute like for like goods
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note we will NO longer ship to Italy, we reserve the right to cancel
any order placed at our discression for any reason.
International Regulations
We take care to ensure our products are tested and labeled according to UK standards. All baby feeding products we supply are BPA free. Laws, Regulations, Languages and standards required can differ in each country. Generally Products sold in other countries or regions may not have the same standards of safety that are mandatory in in your country for some goods. When buying goods directly over the internet, you should check whether a safety standard applies, whether the goods meet that standard, where products are labeled in your language or according to the regulations in your country.
