Delivery can only be to the address on file with eBay.

Sleepings bags can be sent in the UK via Royal Mail 1st class, 1st class recorded or Special Delivery.  For  overseas we offer airmail and international signed for delivery.  Please choose the service you require on the srop down menu at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail only offer compensation on items sent via Special delivery.  We recommend you select the recorded delivery option as a minimum to protect yourself and your goods and enable us to track your parcel should it get lost.  Without this we cannot locate your item should it get lost. Should your item get lost we suggest you contact your local depot in the first instance.  We will provide replacement or refund for items sent via a tracked method.

Items sent via recorded delivery or via courier requiring signature. You will need to be in when your goods are delivered.

You can view any delivery charges in the listing and when you commit to buy. We do not make money on postage and work hard to give you the quickest, most reliable delivery at the best price.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Designer Dudes will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and designer dudes shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Force Majeure
Designer Dudes shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
