Once you have purchased and paid for your item an email will be sent with dispatch confirmation and Tracking number. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or an un cleared cheque.
Designer Desirables can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside of the EU
All Credit / Debit Card Transactions are processed with secure online payment provider and SSL Certification.
We will ship to a different address if we are happy the card holder has authorised this but we reserve the right to decline any orders we feel are not secure.
Deliveries will be dispatched for all orders placed up to 3.00pm every day & will be sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail
Designer Desirables is responsible for Insuring your purchase until it is signed for by you at which point it becomes your responsibility.
Should you request dispatch of items other than our "designated postal services" we do not accept responsibility if lost.
Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have 7 days from receipt to let us know if you are returning an item.

Refunds are credited less the P&P charge. If returning an item from a Non EU Country please ensure you clearly mark your package "Returns" otherwise we may be charged duty into the UK which will be deducted from your refund. Please be very careful when trying on garments as jewellery & perfume can damage a garment. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back.
