Returns

When you wish to return an item to us send a 'Returns Request' via ebay. Once we have responded to your request please return all goods by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery (or similar outside the UK) in their original condition to the address below, within 14 working days from delivery. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as 'Returned Goods' on any parcel or postal forms.

Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods.
