Designer Clothing Store (previously DMC) is an official stockist of genuine authentic premium fashion brands such as Stone Island, Evisu, Fake, Tretorn, Dior and D&G. At DCS you can shop for previous season's stock including Jackets, Coats, T-shirts, Underwear, Footwear and other key products. All goods sold are in perfect 'New' condition and have never been worn. We endeavour to dispatch all goods with the original packaging and branded labels where possible.
Evisu
Evisu Jeans was founded in Osaka, Japan, by Mr Hidehiko Yamane. The initial production methods yielded just 12 pairs of jeans per day, with each pair being painstakingly hand-painted with the famous Evisu seagull, or Kamome, by Mr Yamane himself. Originally called Evis, after the Buddhist god of prosperity. Evisu soon became a hit with the obsessive Japanese Denim fashionista, and rapidly developed a worldwide following.
Stone Island
Since the label was born in 1981 the aim of Sportswear Company has always designed an innovative clothing line, with specific interest in the functionality of a garment.
Sportswear Company has invested in technology and research. It's experimental dyeing and printing facilities have been the hub of much research within the possibilities of high quality garment dyeing in order to achieve, through this technique, unique colourings (up to 6 colours on one single garment) and finishes.
The brand has produced more than 40,000 garments taking inspiration from military uniforms and work wear. These capabilities make Sportswear Company a unique 'Laboratory Company' and Stone Island a label that is recognised worldwide to be on the cutting edge of men's wear design.

C.P Company
C.P. Company began manufacturing Italian casual wear in 1975 with the idea of bringing traditional clothing elements back into a man's wardrobe. Since then they have gone onto produce over 40,000 garments, each piece reflecting C.P. Company's philosophy – Function and Use.
The design and creation of C.P. Company clothing originates from their interest and research into military uniforms and work suits and more recently emphasis has fallen on the evolution of urban city wear. The main attraction of this type of clothing is the way in which function and wearability is combined with elegance and comfort.
C.P. Company design also focuses on the use of technical properties, either added to the fabric or the finished garment. For example, the use of large pockets, smog masks and heavy durable materials are all created carefully to suit specific situations.

ORDERING
What email communications will I receive after placing my order? Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications:
• Order Confirmation email - to confirm that your order has been received. • Payment Received - to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal. • Despatched email - to confirm that your order has been despatched.
Important note: Some email accounts will send emails sent from these addresses straight into your junk mail.
How many items can I place in one order? You can place orders for multiple items but you may be charged postage on each, but don't worry, we will refund you accordingly when we dispatch your items.
Do you have the item in a different size/colour? No, we offer a limited range of products on eBay. However, we do add items regularly, so you might find the item you are looking for appear on eBay. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to hear about great offers and the latest updates.

Can I make a bid for an item? The majority of our items are on a 'Buy it Now' priced, but occasionally we use the 'Auction' function.
Can I change my order? No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it. However if you message us before your order is dispatched we may be able to cancel it then you will have to reorder what you would like.
Can I change my delivery address? No, you can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address.
Can I cancel my order? No you can't cancel your order as goods are allocated immediately, however once you have received your item, you have 7 days to return the unwanted item(s) in accordance with our returns policy for a full refund. Please see 'Returns and Refunds' section on our shop.
PAYMENTHow do I pay? We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, please contact PayPal's Customer Support.
When will I be charged? Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately.
Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.

How much does delivery cost? Our standard delivery charge is FREE to all UK customers.

Where do you deliver? We offer Worldwide delivery.
Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer? Yes, there are certain location including, Highlands, Islands and remote areas may take longer to deliver your order.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)? Yes, we offer a delivery service to all BFPO addresses. For weight limitations and mail prohibitions please visit the BFPO website.
How will my order be delivered? Deliveries are made by our courier service DHL.
Can I track my order? In your dispatch email you will be provided with a tracking number, you can then visit Royal Mail/ DHL track and trace your parcel on their website.
What will happen if I am out when you deliver? If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do? If the product you have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged then you will need to post it back to us at your own cost, and your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon arrival back to us. Please return all goods by 'Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery' (or similar outside the UK) in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from delivery. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as 'Returned Goods' on any parcel or postal forms.
Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods.

I have been delivered the wrong product, what should I do? We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered an incorrect item. Please post back the incorrect item to us and your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon arrival back to us. You will receive confirmation from us regarding your refund.
When will I receive my refund? We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse. We will inform you of this.
What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock? Due to high demand and our system updating, in the event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately via PayPal.
