Returns Policy
All orders and items are fully checked prior to packaging and dispatch, and will be sent in as new/as described condition. Should you decide to return product we are happy to provide an 'item price' refund (excluding any postage and packaging fee) providing following conditions are met:
1. Items should be unopened, unused and returned (at buyers own expense) in all original packaging including any seal wrap unopened.
2. Used or damaged products cannot be refunded. Items not returned as described above will not be eligible for a refund and we will require the customer to pay an additional postage charge in order for the item to be returned back to the customer.
3. As we use secure postal boxes it is highly unlikely that items will get damaged during transit but the recipient should not accept/must refuse the package if it looks *damaged or tampered with from postal services. If recipient accepts such a package then we hold no liability for any related problems that may occur and customer will be required to take it up directly with Postal services. *Postal service will return package to us we can then re-send after inspection.
4. RECIPIENT MUST REFUSE FROM POSTAL SERVICE AND ALLOW THE RETURN (FOR REPLACEMENT) OF ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED/TAMPERED WITH/LEAKED IN TRANSIT : We cannot accept any liability if such a package is accepted; As the recipient, only you can take up any related problem up with your postal service directly we cannot accept a return. (Please note we securely pack all items in postal boxes and packing chips, any damage will be due to postal service negligence).
We should be notified of any return within 48 hours of receipt and item/s must be received back by us within 14 days of receipt. Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded Post should be used (for customers own security and at customers own expense). Items not sent back by this service will not be trackable so should item get lost in post no refund can be given and buyer will need to take up with royal mail direct.
Please note - In exceptional circumstances a re-stocking fee may be applied. We operate in full compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations, apart from exemptions within these regulations, we reserve the right to charge a fee, equivalent up to 15% of the item price, to cover costs incurred by us and applied only in exceptional circumstances, e.g. where a customer has misled by providing false details/information such as failing to act in a manner to ensure the safe delivery or collection by them and order consequently being returned to us by courier (Royal mail) for the following reasons : Failed delivery due to address being incorrect/incomplete/unknown/inaccessible, Addressee unknown or Delivery refused. This is not limited by the aforesaid.
