What payment options do you offer?
PayPal is the only payment method we currently accept. Our PayPal address is dfulfill@tds.net. We require immediate payment on all eBay purchases. We do NOT accept credit cards, checks or money orders for eBay transactions.
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. The average delivery time for media mail shipments is 5-15 business days, but can take as long as 25. Some regions of the US (based on buyer info) do take the longer delivery time (ie: TX, CA, AK, GA, and the New England States). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
All items are professionally packaged in a bubble mailer or a corrugated box, depending on size and weight of the purchase. Extremely light/small books can be mailed in a manila envelope.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship to the US only. However, if you have particular questions about a book, please email us at dfulfill@tds.net, and we can make arrangements if possible.
When will you ship my order?
Orders received after 7:00am cst, are shipped the next day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Do you accept returns?
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Authorization can be requested by emailing dfulfill@tds.net. We will refund the amount of purchase only. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will be issued through Paypal. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you have a question about a return please email dfulfill@tds.net.
