Terms & Conditions

Payment and Postage options vary on items due to weight and size of individual order and available shipping options. We reserve the right to select the shipping option for multi-item orders.

We will not falsify customs or shipping documents.

We will not provide fake invoices for Postal claims.

We follow Ebay policy in order to secure payments from non-paying bidders. We pass the details of any buyer who fails and/or refuses to fulfill their obligation to a debt-recovery agency.   

We are always happy to give reciprocal Positive Feedback to all of our satisfied customers, and appreciate the opportunity to attend to any perceived problems from unhappy customers.

Please bear in mind that we can get very busy and there is not always someone available at the PC. If you have sent an email through Ebay's mailing system, we WILL attend to it, but ask that you be patient.

We ship to the UK & Europe*.

We are happy to ship to the USA, Canada, Australasia & the Rest of the World by prior arrangement.

*We do not ship to Italy.

Buyers Pay Shipping. We always apply discount to multi-item orders.

Sales & Returns

Customers who have any problem with a faulty item should contact us ASAP so that we may attend to it.

Many of our items are made to order and as such are non-returnable (This includes all catering related items). Returns may be accepted for general stock items if received within 7 days of purchase. Please email us first through eBay's mailing system and await our response. Returned items must be complete with original packaging & in unused, undamaged condition, i.e: Resaleable. The buyer is responsible for any returned item until we receive it safely at our workshops. No refund will be issued until the order has been checked & approved. Our decision in these cases is final. Returned items are subject to a 15% handling charge (Minimum fee £3).

Postage charges are Non-Refundable.
