Delivery and Collection
After purchase your item will be dispatched with a courier at the standard rate indicated in the Postage and Packing section of the advert. A domestic handling time of 2 working days applies to all orders placed from the point of payment. Where a non mainland UK address is supplied, you will be informed of the required surcharge payment and our domestic handling time will begin upon receipt of that surcharge. Denysstuff shall not be responsible for extra charges incurred should customers have to arrange redelivery for any reason.
We will endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland within 3-5 working days Sellers Standard Rate or within 2 working days for couriers (excluding weekends & public holidays) of payment and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Denysstuff shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales beyond our control.
An email is sent to you at the point of shipment, if you have not received your item within the time period of this e-mail; please notify us by email to denysstuff@hotmail.com
All items delivered by courier require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct delivery address on their accounts when the purchase is made. Denysstuff cannot accept any liability for loss of items if an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer.
Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight and location. Please check shipping costs prior to placing an order as by doing so you agree to be bound by them. Please note that we don't ship to BFPO addresses. We are able to ship to most of Europe upon payment of a surcharge. Please email us to denysstuff@hotmail.com to get the relevant international shipping rate prior to placing an order.
When you receive your item/s from our courier it is essential to check the packaging of your goods BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged" and notify us of this damage within 24 hours, by telephone or email, of receipt. You must also make sure that you contact us within 24hrs if the product itself has any courier damage, by emailing denysstuff@aol.com or call 07792 909129
This is because the courier will not accept insurance claims for damaged packaging and goods if they have obtained a clean signature, or if they have not been notified within 24 hours of delivery. As a result we would appreciate your assistance on this matter. In this instance we will then arrange the item to be collected and replaced within the usual timeframe as indicated in the terms of delivery. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods.

If you have not received your item 2 working days after receiving confirmation of your item being dispatched, you should notify us on the 3rd working day by email or telephone. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct within the timescale stated. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part or supplying an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions
If you change your mind after ordering a fixed priced item you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a full refund for the product. This 14 day period will begin on the day that you receive the fixed price item. In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition (this means that a boat, pool or a kayak cannot be returned if it has been used outdoors unless a severe manufacturing fault is present). In this instance, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. Please gain approval for returning an item from Customer Services prior to sending as proof of post is not proof of receipt. All returns must be sent via a track able method for the protection of both parties. In order to cancel your order you must advise us by email to denysstuff@hotmail.com. Items won on an auction are non-refundable.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us a within reasonable time of the fault becoming apparent, we will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs of goods supplied by Denysstuff where a breach in the Sale of Goods Act has been made.
All items must be returned in its original packaging so as to ensure that there is no damage to the item in. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items. If the return is due to the consumer exercising their right to cancellation (as above) the item must be returned in its original packaging. Should the item be received back to us insufficiently packaged and therefore not in a resaleable condition a suitable percentage refund will be issued.
The postage is not refundable for any item that has been returned to us due to customers not being at home and a shipping charge will be required if the customer requires the product to be resent. Under no circumstance will Denysstuff pay for redirection of a parcel once it has been sent.
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may rarely occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank (bank transfers can take up to 10 days to clear and are therefore not encouraged).
Warranty
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you think has a manufacturing fault, you will be asked to provide us with some pictures, preferably by email so that we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are unable to do this for us, it may take up to 14 days to organise a resolution to the problem.
For International orders, Customs departments will randomly select packages, which they will open and check. Although this does not happen often, they will occasionally open interior packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for these occurrences as Customs procedures are outside our control.
Pictures are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour. We will endeavour to ensure that the illustration represents the function of the item presented for sale as accurately as possible.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that stocks of products are available there may be occasions where broken or damaged stock prevents us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund. In the event that we can't get in touch with the customer, a refund will be provided and confirmation of this sent out via email.
By making a purchase with Denysstuff, you have the peace of mind that you are dealing with a family run business. As such we have processes in place should all not go to plan.
