Delivery & Despatch Time

The delivery charges shown are UK delivery charges - we do ship worldwide, however please contact us for specific international postage costs. Our preferred couriers are UPS (UK & Europe) and TNT - although we hold accounts with all major carriers.

All items are sent via a tracked method and are usually held in stock at one of our 2 Salisbury warehouses. We aim to despatch the same working day we receive your order. Dependent on stock levels then some orders may be subject to a 2 working day despatch time. Please refer to the listing for 'worst case' delivery timescales, or contact us for clarification on your item before buying.

We use UPS for most deliveries. As soon as your package is picked our warehouse team will scan it's barcode - instantly synchronising your tracking data with eBay, meaning you can track your package through the UPS network overnight, either via eBay or via the 'My Account' area of our website.

We have several online shops targeted throughout Europe, as well as Facebook, eBay and Amazon stores. We also supply to resellers and trade. Our stock and item descriptions are all synchronised i real-time across our outlets. Very occasionally if stock levels get low then we may send our courier directly to the manufacturer to colect your goods and deliver. Although this may mean a change of courier, it will not affect the time it takes for the item(s) to reach you.

 

Returns & Product Warranty

Every item carries the standard manufacturers warranty, as if you had bought it on the high street. Dependant on the manufacturer then this is usally 12-36 months.

We will happily refund any item returned, providing it is unused, undamaged and in it's original (unused/unsoiled) packaging - however in some cases (due to manufacturer and/or stock constraints) we may need to charge a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee, where applicable, is levied against the total amount originally paid - including VAT and delivery.

In most cases we will offer a replacement or manufacturers repair where an item is found to be faulty. If a replacement or repair is not available then a full refund will be offered. In some cases the manufacturer may require us to return faulty equipment for testing, which can potentially delay a refund or repair.

It is the buyers responibility to ensure the safe return of surplus or faulty equipment, prior to us being able to issue a refund, replacement or repair. If equipment is returned to us as faulty, and subsequently found not to have been faulty, then a return delivery charge of £6 ex VAT would apply for the return of the equipment.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit. We always obtain a certificate of posting for items sent Royal Mail - and can advise the buyer on how to reclaim damages. For items sent using our couriers then items must be inspected prior to signing. If items are in any way damaged then please do not sign for the goods (or if unsure/minor damage then sign for as 'damaged'). We are unable to process claims for damaged items where the receiver has signed for goods as being received in satisfactory condition.
