| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Within 3 Days (72 hours) for damage or if we tell you it will fit and it doesn't. For damage, we require pictures of both the damage and the packaging. All returns will be issued a return prepaid label and refund will be given as soon as the item is returned. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Combined shipping is allowed on items that can be packaged together to arrive safely. Please contact us prior to bidding with the items you wish to purchase and we will give you combined shipping information. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship the same day cleared payment is received. USPS Priority Mail (2-3) days and UPS Ground (1-5) days. Tracking number is sent via email at time of shipment. Engines require 24 hours notice to carrier and arrive in 2-7 days). |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We charge exactly what USPS and UPS charge us. No other charges for domestic shipping. Items shipped internationall do require a small handling fee which is listed on each item for customs paperwork and extra handling. Keep in mind that if you had to go out and look for the item, you would use more gas than my shipping charge. |

| A:This is our only business and we take it seriously. We are licensed in the State of Florida. Our goal is to provide, quality used Harley parts at a price people can afford. |
| Q:Do you sell NEW Harley Parts? |

| A:We only sell USED genuine Harley parts and a few select aftermarket parts. |
| Q:What are your terms and payment methods? |
|
| A:All cleared payments are due within 7 days of auction end. We accept PAYPAL only. Paypal protects both buyer and seller and is secure. We no longer accept Money Orders because of the time required to wait on clearance and processing. Engines and frames are due within 3 days of auction end. |
| Q:How will my item be packed? |

| A:Great care is taken in packing your item(s) for shipment. We have a 99.9% rate of shipment without damage. |
| Q:What days of the week so you ship? |
|
| A:USPS Priority Mail ships out Monday - Saturday. UPS Ground ships Monday - Friday. Engines ship Monday - Friday by UPS LTL Freight. |
| Q:How do you handle leaving feedback & Unpaid Items? |

| A:Sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for Buyers. I leave positive feeback for you as soon as your cleared payment is received. If you do not pay within the terms, I will report you to eBay and file an Unpaid Item Dispute. |
| Q:Is there anything else I need to know before deciding to buy from you? |

| A:We reserve the right to end any auction, at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel bids if you have a history of unpaid items, derogatory (negative) feedback or insufficient feedback history. If you are a scammer or someone that bids and has no intention of paying, please don't even think about buying here. |
