GOODS LOST IN POST PROCEDURE:
Please note that although Royal Mail estimate delivery times to the UK between 1 - 3 working days, delivery can at times take up to 15 days to arrive. If your goods have not arrived by this time Royal Mail will consider the item/s lost in post.
If you are at all concerned about a delay in receiving your goods please let us know so that we can do all we can to help. We will check with your local delivery/sorting office and trace your postie for you to help with our enquiries.
In the event that it is not possible to trace your package we will send you a Royal Mail lost package claim form to sign and return to us to allow us to make a claim against Royal Mail and we will send you a replacement of your lost goods. |
