The cost of postage & packaging is to cover not just the cost of the stamp but also the cost of packaging materials; envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc which I have to pay for.
I never skimp on packaging materials and everything I send is sent in padded envelopes or well padded bags/boxes etc for larger items. I keep my postal charges to a minimum and send all items by first class standard or recorded delivery.
Items purchased and paid for before 3pm Mon-Fri are dispatched within 24 - 48 hrs, most often on the same day of purchase. I post Mon - Fri with the exception of bank holidays. I will in exceptional circumstances post your item/s out on Sat morning if you need it in a hurry.
Please take advantage of discounted postage on multiple purchases. I always offer combined postage discount when buying more than one item if bought and paid for together, so please request a revised invoice when you're ready to pay.
