Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
If you are returning an order that is unwanted then yes, you will need to pay for the cost of return. If, however, there is a fault or mistake with your order, we will cover that cost by refunding your postage costs.
You’ve sent me the wrong thing, what do I do?
Where are my goods?
If you have waited the specified length of time for your order and it is still not with you, it may be worth checking to see if your neighbours have taken the parcel in for you. If this is not the case, contact us by email at deanstoys@btinternet.com

We accept payment by paypal,postal order and cheque,please add 5 workings days to delivery time for clearance of cheques,we will email you when we recieve your cheque. For currency conversion please use http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter

Standard delivery rate is uk mainland only per item
All items are sent 2nd class standard parcels, unless otherwise stated.
We aim to ship orders within 1 working day of cleared funds,orders should take approx 3 working days from dispatch.If you require orders urgently (ie birthdays)please contact us by email before payment and we can amend your invoice.
Returns
we accept returns within 14 days if you are not happy with your purchase,(excluding postage cost) However If your item is recieved damage or has a manufacturing fault we will refund your postage cost,on receipt of receiving item at our premises.
Refund policy
refunds or replacement will only be issued on receipt of item received at our premises (returns)
If in the unlikly event of your item being lost or delayed in transit we will commence an enquiry with carrier before any refund. |
