Can I collect my order

Sorry we do not have premises suitable for customer collection. We may make an exception for bulk orders or large/fragile items in this case please contact us.

Are the branded items for sale on DealOfTheDayUK authentic?

Yes. All of the products offered by our store are 100% authentic, bearing all of the original manufacturers labels and tags to confirm their legitimacy. WE only sell geniune products purchased in bulk which means that you not only get genuine products but also exceptional value and designs that won’t be found anywhere else in the UK.

What payment methods can you accept for my order? 

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit or Debit Card or BACS. All prices include VAT, a VAT invoice can be provided via emial after purchasing by request. If you are unable to make payment for your order using one of these methods please refrain from placing an order with us as we simply won’t be able to fill it for you.

Do you supply a VAT invoice

We don't supply any paperwork with with your order. We do this for many reasons but mostly because it's waste of paper and not very environmentally friendly. We can email a full VAT invoice on request any time after your order has been paid up to 12 months after your purchase.

Promotions and best offers 

We offer lots of promotions at DealOfTheDayUK, here are the most common questions/problems answered.


1. To qualify for any multi-buy offer you must add the correct number of items to your basket or the discount will not be triggered. For example, for a buy 2 get 1 free promotion you must add 3 qualifying items to the basket and pay for them all together. You cannot add 2 items then add a third item later.
2. Any items with a best offer accepted do not qualify for promotions. So if you're buying several items think which method will save you the most.
3. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot ship an additional item out at a later date for free. For example, you purchased 2 items and expected another free as part of the promotion but didn't read how to trigger the promotion (every promotion tells you how many items you need to add to your basket) and therefore didn't add a third item to you basket. Most of the savings we pass on in promotions come from savings made on posting several items together, these savings disappear if we have to send more than once so we cannot pass them on.
