What is your returns policy?
If you have purchased a Buy It Now item and are not 100% happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a refund less postage, and a 10% restocking fee.

You can exchange your Buy It Now item for another Buy It Now item; you must return the item within 14 days of receipt. Before returning the item you must e mail us which replacement item you require to check we have it in stock. When the item is received back we will issue you with an invoice for the extra charges.

Please note that you must return the item by recorded delivery at your cost with the returns slip duly completed.

Please note that international customers will need to pay return postage at the advertised rate for the replacement item for all exchanges.

All exchanges are subject to the replacement item being available and in stock.

Can I exchange this for a different size/colour?
You can exchange any item for a different size or colour if it is in stock. However,
You must pay the shipping on the return.
Before returning any item please contact us for confirmation.

I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
Unfortunately we do make mistakes. If you receive the incorrect item please let us know before returning the item, and then you can send it back to us with the returns slip duly completed. It must be return in its original condition.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the item.


How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Orders within the UK are shipped Via Royal Mail recoded service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are dispatched within 48 hours after your cleared payment has been received and sent by recorded delivery.
Delivery time depends on the shipping service you have chosen. However you should receive within 3-5 working days.

How long do I have to pay for my item?
All items must be paid for within 3 days of the auction ending, unfortunately if your payment is not received within this timescale; our automated systems start the unpaid item process.

Can you send my order to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can. However the item is then upon your responsibility. We can not confirm the address’s validity; therefore we can not be hold responsible for loss of item.

International Shipping:

Can you send my order marked as gift?
Please note the intentionally filling out a fraudulent Customs Declaration is an offence. All items will be sent with the correct customs documentation to your destination country, including a commercial invoice.

What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. We will offer you to exchange for another item from our shop.

Where is my invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically you win an auction or purchase a Buy Now item

Do I have to pay customs taxes and duties?
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the order total. If your item is being shipped outside the EU you may have to pay customs taxes when your item enters your country.
