   Yes, we offer free postage for UK destinations on orders from Ł50 - only "Buy It Now" format or on orders from Ł70 - any format.
   We also offer free international postage for orders above Ł130 - any format.

5. Do you combine postage?

   We combine postage for more than one item. After you finished shopping with us, please send us a message and we will send you a combined invoice.

6. How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

   Up to 5 days for orders within UK, up to 10 days for orders within Europe and up to 30 days for orders outside Europe.

Returns and reporting a problem.

   Just return the item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase in a re-sellable state and we will be able to make a refund or replace the product with the other one if possible. Unfortunately we refund postage cost only when the item is faulty.
