Returns Policy

We offer quick and easy no quibble returns under the following conditions:

• An ebay returns request is opened prior to posting.
• Item is returned unused and in a resaleable condition.
• Package is return stamped within seven working days of receipt.
• Buyer meets return costs.
• Buyer accepts responsibility for return delivery to us, we will advise on a suitable postal service.

We will refund ASAP upon receipt. Refund of initial outgoing stamp cost is at our discretion and we will advise of the amount to be refunded upon acceptance of the returns request. We will not deduct a restocking fee.

On the rare occasion that an item is not as described or faulty, please notify us and we will do our best to offer a fair resolution.
