Do you sell genuine parts?
Yes. We are authorized dealers for Ford, Peugeot, Nissan, Fiat & Iveco. All of our parts are genuine unless otherwise stated.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No, sorry. We only ship within the UK.
I need a specific part/accessory which is not shown on your E-bay shop, can I order it from you?
Yes! Please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01792 222111 to place your order. But collection is needed.
Can I pay by phone?
Sorry we only accept Paypal payments or cash on collection.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. But please ensure that items are returned in the same state as when delivered. A £5 re-stocking fee also applies.
Can I pay and collect from one of your branches?
Yes. Please advise us which branch you would like to collect your order from and we will arrange for it be made available to you and advise when it will be available to be collected.
No delivery charge will be raised for orders which are collected in person. Please note that non-collections/non-payers will be reported to E-bay.
