In 1989 and 1996 through to 2007 we received the European Ford Chairman's Award for outstanding customer satisfaction, a total of 12 awards with the last 11 consecutive. In 1992 we achieved recognition as a B.S.I registered company, and achieved national recognition as an Investors in People organisation in early 1995.
