| A:If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt (boxed, unopened, with all seals and shrink wrap intact, if applicable). | A:Standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days. We aim to despatch all products within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed during a Weekend or Bank Holiday, this will be processed on the next working day. Working hours are Mon-Fri 09.00hrs-17.00hrs. |
